We are thrilled to announce that Malawi has been chosen to host the prestigious 52nd Global Fund (GF) Board Meeting in Lilongwe from 19-22 November 2024. This decision was made following our successful submission of a Call for expression of interest and approval from the GF Board.

With an estimated 300 delegates expected to attend from across the globe, hosting this event presents a unique opportunity for Malawi to showcase its achievements in the battle against AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria. The discussions during the meeting will be enriched by the firsthand experiences shared by our nation.

A dedicated team comprising members from various Ministries, led by the Ministry of Health, is diligently working alongside the GF Team to ensure the smooth organization of this significant event. We look forward to welcoming delegates from all corners of the world to our beautiful country and engaging in fruitful conversations that will further the global fight against these diseases.
